hello!!!!

Hello I am Tiff. I am 23, married and currently living in Bournemouth. I graduated from the Arts University Bournemouth last summer having studied Costume with Performance Design. I absolutely loved my course and I LOVE LOVE LOVE everything costume related. Since graduating and designing a play in July I have not really been in the costume world. I have been busy with other things, but my passion for costume has not gone away. That is why I decided to start this blog. It is a way for me to keep designing, reviewing and creating new things and hopefully if you are reading this you will enjoy it too and maybe do some creating of your own.

Putting pen to paper for the first time after being away for a little while can be a bit scary so I decided to do a whole load of really quick sketches and drawings to get me back into it. This is what happened.

This was one of the tips I learnt on art foundation to get into drawing: choose something to draw and then draw it over and over again uding all different techniques. It really helps to just view things differently and see shapes and lines and also to loosen up your drawing muscles. It is one of my favourite things to do and as well as being good practice it is really relaxing. Below is the same idea but every drawing took 10 seconds or less. This was just so that I couldnt think about it and I had done 4 drawings in under a minute which was sooooo fun :)
