stencils

Day 15 of A MONTH OF TEXTILES...

For these samples I simply cut some shapes out of paper and then painted onto fabric using them as stencils. This is so easy and it develops really quickly, however I was really unhappy with the results, mainly because of the colours I used. It was late at night and had to get a technique done quickly and this is what happened:
